A year ago marked a before and an after. Without noticing, I was lost. I was burned out. Today I can say it calmly: I am closing one cycle to open a new one.
Breaking is real. It happens to people who seem to have everything under control, and it happened to me. What matters is not never falling. What matters is getting out. That is what I want to talk about: I am moving from being inside myself to sharing what I learned with the world.
My family is the pillar that held me up. Michelle, my wife, was there when I was not, not even for myself. Miguel, my son, knew a father present at home and absent inside. I owe him that. Michelle, my daughter, arrived when I needed it most. Husband since 2016. Father since 2018, and again since 2023.
Today: Alilo, from Madrid. ESE Ediciones, from a distance. And writing the mistakes down before I forget them.
